After analyzing the pharmaceutical hiring landscape, we met with the Pharma Jobs team to understand platform goals and user pain points. From there, our UX designers, developers, and video producers collaborated to craft a tailored digital solution and onboarding video experience. The platform was designed to reflect simplicity, trust, and relevance for healthcare professionals.
